Infrastructure

The IGSP's research in genomic medicine depends on unique resources and infrastructure to enable our mission of moving basic genomic discoveries into the clinic.

• Clinical Genomics Studies Unit (CGSU): a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to designing and executing genome-inspired clinical trials.
• Duke IGSP Biospecimen Repository: a standardized, regulatory compliant and privacy protected repository for fluid and tissue specimens.
• IGSP-Pratt Point of Care Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory: a collaborative space between the IGSP and Pratt School of Engineering dedicated to developing next-generation, point-of –care molecular diagnostic sensor devices.
